Sony registers brand "Arc the Lad" in the United States
According to the American site IGN, Sony recorded last Friday (22) marked "Arc the Lad". This suggests that the company has plans to revive the old franchise JRPGs, which had its latest chapter released in 2005.
The registration applies to computer and video games software and extends to printed publications, like books and magazines that have instructions on how to play PC games and video games.
The website warns that the fact may just be a renovation of an old property of Sony to launch Playstation Network for old games, rather than an exclusive title for PS4 or PS Vita.
RPG of age
"Arc the Lad" had its first game released in Japan in 1995, completing 18 years of age in 2013. In the West, the franchise took seven years to be released as a trilogy in 2002 on the Playstation.
A number of spin-offs succeeded the first three titles, which had the following PlayStation 2 in the latest release of the franchise: "Arc the Lad: End of Darkness" in 2005
