Upcoming "Assassin's Creed" will be "much more next-gen ', says designer

In an interview with GameReactor , chief designer of " Assassin's Creed IV : Black Flag ," Jean - Sebastien Decant , declared that " the next games in the series will be much more ' next generation .' This one [ 'Black Flag' ] is the edge [ of the current PS3 and Xbox 360 ] . "
The designer explained that when Ubisoft began developing " Black Flag " , the studio had no idea what were the system specs of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
Decant suggests that the next game in the franchise " Assassin's Creed " will offer improvements in the system of combat, stealth , parkour , and also introduce " the next evolution in social functions ."
" I think we're heading toward a world of open game that will be shared by the players ," said the designer . " More and more . Socially speaking , but perhaps with things for the multiplayer . And we have to consider the world as a much more open platform that can sustain for years."
It is worth noting , yet Ubisoft has not officially announced the production of a new " Assassin's Creed " .
"Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag" takes place at the beginning of the eighteenth century and is played by Edward sailor Kenway, the grandfather of Connor, the hero of "Assassin's Creed III." Edward is an experienced soldier, who served in the Royal Navy of England before trying his luck as a pirate.
Besides Murderer, Edward is a daring pirate in the Caribbean waters, respected even by the fearsome Blackbeard.
In "Assassin's Creed IV" may be visited several islands, such as Jamaica, Cuba and the Bahamas, a total of 50 sites that can be visited in a vast open world.
"Black Flag" is available for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One
