"Killzone: Mercenary" will receive free new multiplayer maps in 2014



The shooter "Killzone: Mercenary" for PS Vita, will receive a number of updates in the coming months, which among other things, will include two new maps for multiplayer matches at no additional cost to the players.

In addition to maps, the game will get the offline mode called Botzone matches for matches against the machine in terms Guerilla Warfare and Mercenary.


This news will only come to the game in 2014, but before that, Guerilla Games producer already has other updates scheduled for "Mercenary". In the coming weeks, the game will receive an update that will reduce the space occupied by patches ever released, freeing up 800 MB of space on the PS Vita.

In January, "Mercenary" will receive improvements in the 'matchmaking' system, in order to improve connectivity between the players in the creation of online games.

"Killzone: Mercenary" puts the player in control of Arran Danner, a former soldier of the Institute which accepts paid contracts both ISA as the Helghast.

On one of his missions, the mercenary tasked with removing the child from the Ambassador and his family Vektan of Pyrrhus, but something goes wrong and Danner finds that the outcome of the war will change depending on what happens with the boy.

"Killzone: Mercenary" is exclusive to PlayStation Vita.
