In service with PlayStation, PS3, PS4 and Vita will run PS1 games on PS3
Sony announced on Tuesday ( 7 ) PlayStation Now service, which will allow streaming of games made for PlayStation , PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 in a series of devices .
Initially , the Now function on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 , and then expanded to the PlayStation Vita , Sony TVs to be launched in 2014 , tablets and mobile phones.
The revelation was made by Andrew House , president of Sony Computer Entertainment , during a lecture by Kaz Hirai for CES 2014. According to the executive , the service will eventually be expanded to up to compatibility with devices manufactured by other companies .
Players will have the option to access the entire library of titles for streaming freely through the payment of a subscription , or the right to rent specific games separately. The service will support obtaining trophies and online multiplayer modes .
During CES 2014, for "The Last of Us " test stations , " God of War : Ascension " , " Puppeteer " and " Beyond: Two Souls " on PS Vita and Bravia TVs are available .
In the U.S. , the PlayStation Now enter into the testing phase until the end of January , and should be available in complete form in half.
